Do you offer dine-in service?

Not yet, but soon! We’re currently a delivery-only service while we finalize our restaurant premises. Dine-in will be available once we complete our setup – stay tuned for updates!

We deliver across Auckland only. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our kitchen in Mount Wellington, Harris Road.

  • FREE delivery within 5 KM from Mount Wellington, Harris Road
  • $5 per 5 km (or part thereof) beyond that

For example: 7 km = $5 delivery fee | 12 km = $10 delivery fee

  • No! There’s no minimum order requirement. Whether you’re ordering a single dish or a feast, we’re happy to deliver.

Can I pick up my order?

Pickup is not available at this time. However, if you’d like to arrange pickup, select “delivery pickup” when ordering, and one of our team members will contact you within 15 minutes. If you don’t receive a call, please contact us immediately via our hotline.

Delivery time depends on the dishes and quantity you’ve ordered. We highly recommend pre-ordering to ensure your food arrives fresh and on time without delays.

Absolutely! We use insulation bags and specially designed boxes to keep your food warm and fresh during delivery. Your meal arrives just as delicious as when it left our kitchen.

Understanding Our Spice Levels

Not sure how much heat you can handle? Here’s our guide:

  • Easy – Is it even spicy? Perfect for beginners  
  • Mild – Gentle warmth, minimal heat  
  • Medium – Traditional Sri Lankan heat level (our recommendation!)  
  • Hot – True Ceylon fire 🔥  
  • Extra Hot – Maximum heat for spice enthusiasts

Loyalty Program & Discounts

Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes! Earn rewards every time you order:

  • Earn : 5 points for every $10 spent
  • Redeem : Once you collect 1,000 points (equal to $10 NZD), you can redeem them on your next order
  • Validity : Points are valid for 6 months and can be accumulated up to 1,000 points
  • Note : After 6 months, unused points will be reset to 0 and cannot be redeemed

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Can I modify my order?

Yes! Call us immediately or within 05 minutes of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your changes.

Contact us right away via our hotline. Cancellations are subject to our kitchen preparation status.

Are your dishes authentic?

Absolutely! Every dish is prepared using genuine Ceylon herbs and spices and traditional Sri Lankan recipes passed down through generations.

We take freshness seriously:

  • Herbs & Spices: Exported directly from Ceylon (Sri Lanka) for authentic flavor
  • Other Ingredients: Sourced from reputable, high-quality New Zealand suppliers

Your safety is our priority. If you have any food allergies or intolerances, you MUST declare them before completing your order.

How to Notify Us of Allergens:

Option 1: Special Notes to Chef

Before proceeding to final payment, enter your allergen information in the “Special Notes to Chef” field. Please be specific and clear about all allergens.

Option 2: Allergen Selection Bar

Use our allergen selection tool at checkout to select from the most common allergen categories in New Zealand:
